The Company takes all necessary steps to meet its responsibility in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to provide a safe and healthy workplace for its staff, clients, suppliers and visitors. Each member of staff at CSR has an annual performance review at which they and their manager collaborate to form a training and development plan. Training may be delivered in the form of external courses or on the job training. Developmental opportunities include a staff volunteering policy which also benefits the wider community

CSR is committed to being open, fair and honest in all its business dealings. These values are underpinned by a management ethos and company culture of honesty, openness, and supported by stringent financial accounting procedures
CSR supports the Corporate Social Responsibility policies of its clients wherever possible, offering discounted or pro-bono research services to their sponsored charities
3. Suppliers
CSR supports corporate social responsibility through the supply chain by choosing suppliers that support our ethical and environmental values. CSR has purchasing policies that cover office supplies and equipment, IT, recycling and staff transport
CSR is committed to building long term relationships with reputable local suppliers. The company has clear terms and conditions which are agreed by suppliers and payment terms are honoured. CSR also has a clear anti-bribery and corruption policy
4. Community
CSR is an active member of the local community, supporting local businesses and community
initiatives
CSR supports the development of a local Business Improvement District (BID), a business led
partnership within the local geographical area. The main objective is to improve the
environment, street safety, develop area promotion and provide valuable ongoing support
CSR sponsors its staff to volunteer their time and skills to local community projects on a regular
basis
5. Environment
CSR acknowledges its responsibility to respect and protect the environment. It has a clear
environmental policy that covers recycling of waste, energy conservation, green transport,
purchasing of paper & stationery supplies and sustainable technology
